Enabler 2: A Guide to Trusting

Trusting is an enabler of transformation that shows up across NEB Lighthouse experiences as a concrete practice, not a soft sentiment. In this narrated reflection, we explore how trust can be designed into collaboration when partners do not usually work together, and when communities carry histories of being let down.
