The Lighthouse projects are not only delivering outputs, they are rehearsing new ways of collaborating across sectors and disciplines, rooted in place and often carried through culture and the arts, while staying close to people and the living world. This podcast captures that practice and turns it into a narrative resource for others.
\n
We explore systemic transformation as something you do, not something you announce. Drawing on interviews, conversations and workshops with people working inside NEB projects across Europe, we surface six practical enablers that repeatedly make change possible: Listening, Trusting, Imagining, Holding Space, Sharing Language, and Making Time. Each episode translates lived experience into insights that are legible, transferable, and still faithful to the realities of place-based change.
\n
The podcast is produced by the team behind the NEB Systemic Narratives project. Producers: Katarina Pietrzak and Sandra Löv (Sweden), commissioned by EIT Culture & Creativity.
","icons":[{"src":"https://deow9bq0xqvbj.cloudfront.net/image-logo/21810326/Artboard_16hlfb_300x300.jpg","sizes":"300x300","type":"image/png"}]}
